Review: Trader Joe’s Chicken Salad, Reduced Fat

This is like a guilt-free Chinese Chicken Salad. (Any idea how many points one of those humungous bowls from the Cheesecake Factory packs? You don’t even wanna know!)

I don’t usually buy the prepared salads from Trader Joe’s because they always seem too high in calories and fat, and there are always ingredients I could live without. Yesterday I was determined to find something to bring home for lunch!

I got this salad for hubby, and the Trader Joe’s Citrus Chicken Salad for me >>

Definite redo!

Mr. Picky said “delicious.”

This gives you all the satisfaction of a Chinese Chicken Salad, but with way less calories.

Nice big chunks of chicken breast meat, lettuce, shredded red & white cabbage, carrots, green onions and crispy noodles to give you that crunch. Delicious light, sesame-soy dressing. Sorry there’s no pic of the contents, but we inhaled it before I even thought of taking one!
